User Data Deletion

Account Deletion Instructions

At Jenna Vila, we value your privacy and ensure that you have control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

Deleting Your Account

If You Have an Option to Delete the Account:

  1. Log In: Go to the login page and log in to your account.
  2. Account Settings: Navigate to the “Account Settings” or “Profile Settings” section of your account.
  3. Delete Account: Look for an option that says “Delete Account” or similar. Click on this option.
  4. Confirmation: You may be asked to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and delete your account.

If Account Deletion is Handled by an Admin:

If your account deletion must be handled by an administrator, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a Request: Send an email to our support team at press@jennavila.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. Include Information: In your email, include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your username
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Any additional information that might help us identify your account

Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account within 30 days.
